Hello! My name is Sarah Poole. I provide labor and birth doula services to women in and around the King and Pierce Counties of WA. I have been "doula-ing" for eight years, serving women in both in-hospital and out-of-hospital births, including in birth centers, and at home births. My services provided include: - Free consultation (either on phone or in person) to decide if we are a good match. - Two prenatal appointments to discuss mom's birth plans and desires and any special plans surround the birth and immediate postpartum period. Mom can invite as many individuals as she desires to these prenatal appointments, often she will choose to invite those who will be at the birth. We would also use this time to discuss the contract and payment plan. Prenatal appointments each take somewhere between 2-3 hours. - Phone/Text/E-mail support from beginning of contract until delivery. - On-call (24-hr) Phone/Text/E-mail support from 38 weeks ...
